BOOKING POLICY
Hair Services Details, Booking Policy, & Payment Info
**IMPORTANT**
Please read thoroughly to avoid any booking issues or inconveniences.
Before booking, please ensure you have access to the Military Base (Fort Carson). If visitor pass is required, please arrive at the visitor center with sufficient time to obtain your pass and arrive on time to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in cancellation. I am not responsible for any issues regarding denied entry and DO NOT offer pick ups. PLEASE NOTE: This is not personal, this is a business.
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Below are essential policies to ensure everyone is informed of our guidelines and to maintain quality and excellence during your service.
All clients are required to store a card on file just in case booking policy is VIOLATED!
Additional Guest. No extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced, as space is limited. I do not service children under 10yrs of age
New Clients. All new clients must send a picture of their hair in its natural state. I DO NOT BRAID NON-TEXTURED, WAVY, CURLY TEXTURED HAIR, FRESHLY RELAXED OR FRESHLY TRIMMED/BLUNT CUT HAIR.
Appointment times. Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on the density and length of your hair. Please plan accordingly, as services will not be rushed.
Styles. The services available are limited to those listed on my appointment page (Knotless and Bohemian Knotless). If a service is not listed, it is not offered. I do not replicate styles from inspiration photos of other braiders, and once a service is booked, it cannot be modified.
Wash and Dry. Please arrive with your hair freshly washed and blown out from root to end. Please make sure your hair is PRODUCT FREE (NO OILS, GREASE AND NO LEAVE IN CONDITIONER) to avoid cancellation
Squeeze-in Appointments- Squeeze-in and off day appointments are a courtesy and are only available for medium knotless (no add-ons). Clients must be flexible with timing. Full payment is required upfront or one day prior to the appointment.
Payments accepted:We accept Credit/Debit, Cash, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, and Zip. All card and third-party payments incur a 3% processing fee. For security, all new clients will receive a payment link for the remaining balance, which must be paid in full one day prior to the appointment.

*Due to texture and density, please do not compare your hair to others.
HAIR DETAILS
HAIR: Hair must be 3 to 4 inches all around for all services provided.
Trimmed Ends: For best results, Please avoid fresh trims/Blunt cuts before appointments.
Tucking: Tucking services is not provided. (I DO NOT TUCK)
*Please refrain from booking if you suffer from Sever Dandruff, Alopecia or Scalp Psoriasis.
Hair is provided with my services. (xpressions)
Hair Colors: To prevent any mishaps, I do not allow clients to provide their own hair. ALL braiding hair is provided by Braids by Sha.
Colors provided are as followed 1b,#2,#4, 2T1b/30. To make prepping easy, please do not forget to select your desired color when booking your appointment. If color is not selected 1b or 2 will be provided.
Boho Styles: ALL BOHO HAIR SALES ARE FINAL AND CAN NOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
DEPOSITS
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS,NO DEPOSIT MEANS NO APPOINTMENT) - All appointments are secured with a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 20%-25% which collected at the time of booking and is deducted from service balance. (NO DEPOSIT MEANS NO APPOINTMENT) I do not hold dates.
All cards used for booking will be AUTOMATICALLY saved on file and charged only if booking policy is violated.
There is absolutely NO REFUNDS!!
PAY IN 4PAYMENTS WITH ZIP, KLARNA OR AFTERPAY

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48HRS in advance. Any cancellations made less than 48HRS before your appointment will result in a charge for the full service.
**Three or more consecutive reschedules or no-shows will result in being banned from rebooking. This policy ensures fairness to all clients and prevents disruptions to the business. Consistency matters- your time is valued, and I ask that you value mine too.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
All “No call/No shows will result in 100% fee charge of service price and banned from all future bookings.
RUNNING LATE
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be CANCLED. The 10 minute grace period is a COURTESY, not a guarantee. During the grace period, a $35 late fee will be applied. To have the grace period honored, you must notify me in advance if you anticipate being late. Please note that not all grace periods will be accommodated, as it does depend on the schedule for the day.
For any missed appointments or late cancellations, a fee equal to the full service price will be charged. This fee must be paid before you are able to rebook. Payments will be processed using the card on file. alternatively, an invoice can be sent upon request. If the card on file is declined and the invoice remains unpaid, you will be banned from rebooking future appointments
I do work on schedule. Please allow yourself enough time to make your appointment on time in case there is traffic.
BUNDLE APPOINTMENTS
Bundle Appointment Package prices are subject to change.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Appointment Bundles
Forfeit of Deposits: If you cancel or request a refund on an appointment bundle, the non-refundable deposit for each appointment will be forfeited, whether the appointments were scheduled or not.
Inconvenience Fee: In addition to forfeiting the deposits, an inconvenience fee of 25% of the total appointment bundle price will be applied. This fee covers the time and resources reserved for your bundle and is non-refundable.
Bundle Expiration
Appointment bundles must be SCHEDULED within 6 months of the purchase date. Any remaining appointments after this period will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
